Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile — name, email address, and phone number
• Your household details and the plan we built for you
• Your tracked accounts, deadlines, and reminders
• Your saved preferences and notification settings

All reminders and notifications from us stop immediately. Deletion can't be undone — if you come back, you'll start fresh.

What we may retain

Records we're required to keep by law — for example, tax and compliance records — are kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted. We also keep a single deletion record — the date, how much data was removed, and a scrambled one-way fingerprint of the account — so we can prove the deletion happened and spot abuse; it can't identify you or rebuild your account. Fully anonymized, aggregated statistics that can't identify you may remain.

What this doesn't do

Deleting your EarnWithBanks account doesn't close any bank or credit card accounts you opened — those are with the banks themselves, and bonuses in progress are governed by each bank's own terms. Contact the bank directly to close those.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@earnwithbanks.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account” and we'll delete it manually and confirm by email.
