Deleting your account
Send the request from the email address on your account and say “delete my account” in the subject. We delete your profile, household, plans, and tracker data and confirm by reply. Bank accounts you opened at banks are yours — closing or keeping them is between you and the bank.
Spotted a stale or wrong offer?
Every offer here is checked against the bank's own page, but banks change terms without notice. If a bonus amount, deadline, or requirement looks off, send us the offer name and what you saw — we re-verify and correct the listing.
For questions about a specific bonus — whether it posted, or why a bank denied it — the bank is the only party that can answer; its terms govern the offer. We can help you check what the offer required and when.
